Shipping

Every order is carefully prepared and shipped with a tracking number sent by email as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

• Morocco: standard delivery within 2 to 5 working days.
• International (Europe, North America, Middle East, Asia, Oceania): delivery within 7 to 14 working days.

Exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, before you confirm your order. Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, no questions asked.

Return conditions:

• The product must be unworn, in perfect condition, in its original packaging with all accessories (case, cleaning cloth, etc.).
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

Procedure: write to us at luxoradeparis@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the return address and instructions.

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days at most.

Defective product or wrong order

If you receive a defective item or one that differs from your order, contact us within 48 hours with photos: we will arrange an exchange or a full refund, return shipping included.
