1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on the Luxora online store. Placing an order on this site implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

Luxora offers sunglasses with UV400 protection. Product photographs are as faithful as possible but cannot guarantee perfect similarity with the delivered product, particularly regarding colours.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are shown before final order confirmation. Luxora reserves the right to change prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rate in effect when the order is confirmed.

4. Orders and payment

Payment is made online at the time of ordering, using the payment methods offered on the store. The order becomes final only after payment confirmation. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the address provided by the customer.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Indicative delivery times are 2 to 5 working days for Morocco and 7 to 14 working days internationally. These times are indicative; a reasonable delay cannot give rise to cancellation or damages. See our Shipping & Returns page.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

Customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. Full details are available on the Shipping & Returns page.

7. Warranties

Products are covered by legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects. For a defective or non-conforming product, contact us at luxoradeparis@gmail.com for an exchange or refund.

8. Liability

Luxora cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the product or from causes beyond its control (force majeure, carrier disruptions, etc.).
